Meet the M.C. Byrd Wealth Team

Monte C. Byrd

Founder and President

Monte Byrd is the founder of M.C. Byrd Wealth Management, a Texas financial services firm serving families, private clients and businesses. Mr. Byrd has more than 25 years of experience in financial advisory services. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations, as well being an Accredited Investment Fiduciary.

Monte received a B.B.A. in finance from Baylor University in 1986 and is a 20 year resident of Bellville, Texas. He is married to Cathy Byrd.His son Caleb graduated from Baylor University and received a degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. His daughter Hannah is attending Baylor as well and receiving degrees in international studies and Arabic.

Heather Jendrusch

Financial Consultant

Heather Jendrusch is a Financial Consultant with M.C. Byrd Wealth Management. Mrs. Jendrusch’s prior work experience includes the Director of Operations for Andrews Financial Services and a Customer Relationship Advisor and Insurance Agent for USAA in San Antonio, TX.

Heather received an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University in San Antonio, TX. She also holds the Life, Accident, Health, & HMO General Lines License, Property & Casualty General Lines License, and Series 7 & 66 Licenses.

She came to work at M.C. Byrd Wealth Management in early 2015.

Caleb G. Byrd

Financial Consultant

Caleb is a Financial Consultant with M.C. Byrd Wealth Management. Mr. Byrd graduated from Baylor University in 2016 with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and holds the Series 65 License. In his free time he enjoys photography and non-fiction books. He lives in Katy, Texas.

Edith Moreno

Executive Assistant

Edith Moreno is an Executive Assistant with the 401K Shop.

Ms. Moreno’s prior work experience includes 4 years as a Printing Office Executive Assistant. She also graduated from Waller High School as a Texas Scholar graduate and is fluent in English and Spanish. Edith handles compliance within our firm and is responsible for coordinating projects and completing tasks that involve working with all levels of management and staff.

She came to work at the 401K Shop in late 2016.
